This development program is supervised internally and structured in a step-by-step manner. Experience in product management is therefore not a requirement, but interest and ambition are.

Job Description

As a project manager at vektron ceiling solutions, you are responsible for the successful execution of technical projects in the Benelux. You take over projects after the commercial phase and ensure their smooth execution, from design to completion.

This position is ideal for an experienced project manager who not only thrives on delivering successful projects but also wants to eventually advance toward a career in product management. Through a structured development program, you’ll have the opportunity to gradually take on responsibilities in product development, portfolio optimization, and market positioning for our ceiling solutions, in addition to your project management duties.

Experience in product management is not required. Motivation, an interest in technology, and the ambition to further develop your skills in this field are more important.

Profile

· You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, electromechanical engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.

· You have several years of experience as a project manager in a technical or construction-related environment, preferably in the HVAC sector.

· You're good at planning, organizing, and setting priorities.

· You communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.

· You have technical insight and a solution-oriented mindset.

· You take responsibility and aren't afraid to make decisions.

· You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

· Experience with AutoCAD and ERP systems is a plus.

· You are interested in eventually advancing your career in the field of product management.
